Hanging leg lifts are great for abdominals, core, and hips. These are tough to perform and few can do them, but if you want to train your abdominals in this manner we suggest you purchase the ab-slings. As an option, you can purchase the abdoor system where you simply attach two anchors to a solid, strong door and do abdominal lifts with your back supported against the door. With this feature you don't swing, and the height of the ab-slings is 100% adjustable for all users!

Pull ups build the back and lats. With Vegas Pro® you can adjust the height of the grips to your needs. Some people want to do pull ups but have trouble getting into position to aid themselves in lifting. No problem with Vegas Pro®, just stand with feet on the floor, knees bent and help yourself up until you develop the strength to do them without aid. You'll be doing pull ups in no time at all!

Push ups without strap interference is critical to maximum strength. If you have to perform your strap movement with the straps ahead and in front of your shoulders like one-point-anchored straps you risk injury. Not with Vegas Pro®. Your shoulders stay aligned with your elbows and wrists for maximum strength and stability.
Also inherent with Vegas Pro® training, is the "Vacillating Effect". This is perhaps the greatest secret to strength training. As you push up the straps move slightly and your muscles work to stabilize the body. This is magic! This is exactly what you want. When you do push ups on swivel devices you have a solid, secure stance which is too bad! Your body is rarely stable when moving naturally. You need Vegas Pro® to train your body to react and perform in an unstable environment! The secret to ultimate strength.

Holding the straps as shown and pulling toward your body works the shoulders and middle back. As you angle your body you increase or decrease the resistance. It is preferable that you locate your anchors overhead for maximum range of resistance.
Recommended methods of overhead anchoring are beams, rafters, tree limbs, or any solid, strong support.
